Our purpose is to provide a comprehensive, quality and affordable technical support service to our customers, whether large or small.   Our business is to work hard to provide prompt, diligent answers to requests for help with the use of our products and services.   Our values are to work with our customers, our internal teams and our suppliers with integrity to provide technical assistance to the best of our ability.
our structure
Our team is headed by our technical support manager who reports directly to a Director with a seat our main Board.   The technical support team report to the technical support manager.   Our office based team run our support desk facility backed by site based personnel when it is not possible to complete the work remotely.   Our technical support team will continue to expand as our business grows.
chipassist
Our technical support service is called chipassist. Our service can be provided on an annual fee basis, part of a monthly fee package or through payment on demand.   Contracted customers receive discounted rates on our technical support fees when compared to our 'on demand' fee scale. We provide support for all the hardware and software products purchased from us.   operating hours Our normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. We can provide technical support outside of these at our published fees.
