Our service can be provided on
an annual fee basis, part of a
monthly fee package or through
payment on demand.
Contracted customers receive
discounted rates on our technical
support fees when compared
to our 'on demand' fee scale.
We provide support for all the
hardware and software products
purchased from us.
operating hours
Our normal working hours are
9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
excluding bank holidays.
We can provide technical support
outside of these at our published
fees.
